The Thohoyandou Magistrate’s Court in Limpopo has postponed the bail hearing of two of the three siblings accused in the killing of two South African Municipal Workers Union (Samwu) leaders to 12 December.
The matter was postponed due to the unavailability of the defense lawyer.
Simon and Ndivhuwo Radzuma’s application for bail on new facts was granted two months ago. The trio are facing 40 charges including the murders of Samwu leaders, Timson Musetsho and Ronald Mani.

The case was postponed after Advocate Ntsako Hlungwane, representing Ndivhuwo failed to arrive in court.
The reason behind is unavailability is unknown at this stage.
Meanwhile, Simon and Ndivhuwo Radzuma were previously denied bail.
They, however, appealed to the court decision to deny them bail and made another application bail based on new facts.
The other sibling, Percy, was denied bail on two occasions. Their trial will resume on Monday next week.
