South African Football Association (SAFA) President Danny Jordaan and his two co-accused will be back in the Johannesburg Specialised Commercial Crimes Court, east of Johannesburg this morning.
Jordaan, SAFA CFO Gronie Hluyo and public relations company boss, Trevor Neethling, were arrested in November last year and face charges of theft and fraud amounting to R1.3-million.
Jordaan is alleged to have employed Grit Communications for purposes of protecting his personal image following allegations of rape levelled against him in 2017.
Furthermore, he allegedly acquired personal protection services worth over R40 000 all paid for with SAFA funds.
At their previous appearance in December, applications lodged by the prosecution and defense were dismissed, allowing for the matter to continue today.
The trio are currently out on R20 000 bail each.
