The court, which was sitting in the Waterval Magistrate’s Court outside Louis Trichardt found Enoch Ndou guilty on Friday.
He will be sentenced on the 14th of next month.
Murder accused Enoch Ndou found guilty:
Ndou gunned down the family members in Jimmy Jones village near Malamulele on Christmas Day four years ago.
Family spokesperson Fhatuwani Ndou, “We are pleased as the family that finally the court is coming to a close. We have been in and out of courts for far too many times – three, four years to hear that judgement is being delivered today. It kind of gives us closure that at least it’s coming to an end.”
