The man suspected of abducting and raping two nurses from Ga-Chuene clinic in Limpopo has been arrested, according to Limpopo Premier Phophi Ramathuba.

The Premier together with the Limpopo Police Commissioner Lieutenant-General Thembi Hadebe briefed the media earlier today on the developments in the case.

An armed suspect allegedly overpowered the security guard at the 24-hour clinic and abducted the two nurses.

Ramathuba says, “I went to visit the two nurses, and they pleaded with me that they want to find closure. How do they find closure when the perpetrator is still out there terrorizing fellow women like he did with them? When they close their eyes, they see him. Men and women in blue delivered on that wish of our nurses. This perpetrator is arrested.”
