Some buildings are reported to remain hijacked and dilapidated where occupants allegedly don’t pay for services.
Some residents say that over the last decade, there’s been a gradual decay of the city.
They say that buildings have been abandoned and then hijacked.
They add that they’ve seen natural disasters like the gas explosion, which left half of the Lillian Ngoyi road completely caved in and still not yet completed.
