The newly crowned Carling Knockout champions, Magesi FC, have begun their trophy parade in Polokwane, Limpopo.

The victory parade will be taken to the team’s birthplace, Moletjie, and also to Mankweng where the players and technical team will meet the fans.

The rookies “Dikwena tsa Meetse” stunned Mamelodi Sundowns 2-1 in Bloemfontein on Saturday.

Coach Clinton Larsen has heaped praises on his players.

“Second half we changed our approach, and it worked because we started to cause them a few problems on transition, and we knew it was just a matter of time before we scored.
