Magesi retaliated and levelled matters through Tshepo Kakora early in the second half.

Limpopo Sports MEC Jerry Maseko has described Magesi FC’s victory as a remarkable achievement.
“I’d like to extend our heartfelt congratulations for Magesi Football Club for their extra-ordinary achievement in winning the prestigious Carling Knockout. This is a remarkable achievement for the province, this is a victory to the people of Moletji, this is a victory for sport development in the country, I hope the whole province is very happy, is united,” beams Maseko.
