Police spokesperson Joseph Swartbooi says they received information about a possible storage facility for stolen and hijacked motor vehicles in Kraaifontein.
He says the suspect will appear in court once charged.
“They confiscated a Toyota Hilux LDV which was reported stolen in Muizenberg as well as a Nissan double cab reported stolen in Kleinvlei. The persistence of the police members led them to another shack, used as a storage facility, where they found vehicle parts of a Toyota Yaris and a VW Polo. The mentioned vehicles were confiscated including a number of vehicle registration documentation found inside the dwelling.”
