State President Cyril Ramaphosa invited members of the media to a press briefing on Sunday at 18h00 where he is expected to address the nation on the findings by Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane.

The Presidency issued the following statement:

MEDIA BRIEFING ON THE REPORT OF THE PUBLIC PROTECTOR ON ALLEGATIONS THE PRESIDENT VIOLATED EXECUTIVE ETHICS CODE

Members of the media are invited to a media briefing on the report of the Public Protector on allegations that the President violated the Executive Ethics Code.

The briefing, to be addressed by His Excellency President Cyril Ramaphosa, will held today Sunday, 21 July 2019, as follows:
