Following the earlier statement issued by a spokesperson of the SDA’s national body which HotNews questioned for arriving at a conclusion of “false rumours” before a proper investigations could be concluded, Gerald du Preez has since amended the statement to remove the two words, rumours and false, which offended the victims.

A series of questions sent by HotNews are yet to be answered by du Preez in a saga that threatens the very foundation of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, a massive world-wide institution that is highly respected for its high morals, ethics and principles.
